I utilize an integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy, emphasizing brief solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational interviewing techniques to help you explore your life or the problem at hand, and develop ways to do or look at things differently, and resolve or improve the problem.
I enjoy working with adults of all ages, and have a particular passion for working with those aged 65 and better and those who are providing care to others. I have 15 years' experience working with individuals on issues of transition, loss, grief, and coping with medical illness.
