Jennifer Moore, LCSW I am a holistic Psychotherapist using a wide array of tools including the Enneagram, IFS, Ayurveda, breath work, and mindfulness to name a few. Every client is unique and requires a different approach. I meet my clients where they are on the path. Many clients come to me when they are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired! Anxiety, depression, health issues, relationship are no longer working. I work from the outside in and the inside out using a holistic approach to the situation. I am direct and solution-focused with a supportive, compassionate tone. My clients report feeling safe, heard, and understood.
I am very direct, and solution focused. I know there is a spiritual solution to every problem. As humans we get in our own way because of our blind spots. I work with my clients to see a new way.
I started trying to help my friends understand why they were doing what they are doing at a very young age. I read my first self-help book in middle school. I always knew I would become a therapist. I know this is my purpose. I also know some of the things that happened in my own history to prepare me for this work.
