I specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorders, mood disorders, and ADHD in children, teens, and adults. I provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents and adults.
I use a strengths-based and cognitive behavioral approach when providing counseling services to the individuals and families that I serve. I am trained in EMDR therapy which can be used to treat a multitude of presenting issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and phobias.
I strongly believe in one of the founding principles of social work, which involves starting where the client is. I strive to make each client feel comfortable and supported as they work through their personal challenges and goals.
