I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arkansas specializing in trauma therapy, anxiety, stress, grief, depression and attachment-related concerns. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, ACT therapies, ego state and DBT informed interventions to provide personalized trauma-informed care that helps clients heal.
