We are constantly being challenged by the stressors in our lives - our partners, children, parents, work, and so much more. Then add in predispositions to mental health issues, past trauma, intergenerational issues and it's no wonder we're struggling to cope with everything. It's hard to find a sense of peace and to feel confident to manage these stressors.
I'm focused on what each individual needs - whether it is stress management skills, communication and conflict resolution with their partner, resolving past trauma - there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach with me. I'm trained in EMDR, marital/family therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and attachment focused approaches. Evenings/Saturdays available.
