I'm Jen, and I'm the owner Blossom Counseling, a virtual practice that provides services to individuals across NJ, PA, and WV.
Do you feel overwhelmed with panic, anxiety, and worry? As a result, are you unable to engage in values-based activities? Are you feeling lost, ashamed, and unable to move forward with your life? With almost a decade of experience in the counseling field, I have a passion for supporting individuals living with anxiety disorders as well as depressive disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
I also have a particular interest in supporting women with perinatal/postpartum mood disorders.
Acceptance and commitment therapy is the leading evidence-based modality utilized in the majority of my work with individuals. Additionally, sand tray therapy, exposure and response prevention, cognitive behavior therapy, and polyvagal theory are provided to individuals, as well.
