My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and attachment- and relationally based. My preferred therapy modalities include Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. We will work collaboratively to identify and help you reach your goals.
