Hello! My name is Jenny Misirli, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I love being a therapist, only second to being a mother. There is such power in connecting with people going through challenges, listening to what they want and need to change to help them live the lives they want.
I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing life stressors, addictions, shame, trouble connecting with others, and anxiety. I believe that connecting with my clients though genuine interest in their lives and goals, helps the therapeutic process for my clients, as they feel seen for who they are, and not for what they are going through.
In your first session is a time for you to share about yourself and for me to understand what has brought you to counseling. We will discuss what therapy will look like and answer any questions you have. Most importantly, it's a time to begin to focus on yourself and your healing process.
