And when I work with kids and teens, I use play and activity therapy to help them express what they can’t yet put into words so families feel more connected and less chaotic.
My style is warm and collaborative but always focused on practical solutions. I pay close attention to emotional and behavioral patterns, helping you address stress, anxiety, low self esteem, burnout, perfectionism, big life transitions, and parenting challenges. I also specialize in play therapy and trauma work using EMDR, as well as ADHD, autism and OCD.
