Have you tried therapy before and felt like you talked and vented but didn’t leave with much clarity or direction? My approach is different. I’m warm and compassionate, but also active, direct, and practical. I help clients understand what is happening underneath their patterns and give them tools they can begin using right away.

Relationships and attachment are my specialty. Whether you want to strengthen your relationship with yourself, your partner, or both, I can help. I work with individuals and couples to build more secure, honest, emotionally connected relationships. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” therapy. I personalize my approach to each client.

You can’t change a pattern you don’t understand. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface at the emotions, fears, protective strategies, and relationship patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to offer both compassion for what you’ve been through and clear support for where you want to go.
