I strive to create a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental environment. I strongly believe it is important to meet a person where they are. I help my clients identify and use their strengths to manage struggles/ challenges. I offer a therapeutic approach that is honest and integrative. I want to enhance my client’s ability to reflect, heal, grow, and navigate their way through this crazy world. I do so by helping them build healthy coping skills, learn emotion regulation, find empowerment and more while going through their journey.
I have spent many years working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who have experienced trauma, dual diagnoses, depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, stress management, adjustment disorder, Autism, LGBTQ+/identity, parenting challenges and many more. I use a multi-modal approach depending on the expressed need.
