Starting counseling can feel daunting, but I make it easy. I'm warm & supportive, nonjudgmental, funny, and REAL. I'm soft, yet strong. I can handle anything you tell me. I work hard to help you heal yourself & your relationships. If life feels overwhelming, you're struggling in relationships, or you need direction, I would love to work with you. I'll learn about you & your needs and tailor my approach to your preferences and personality. Ultimately, I support clients to overcome trauma & find healthier, more honest ways to relate to themselves, their partners, and their families.

I help people heal from divorce & painful relationships, navigation of life transitions, self-worth issues, recovery from all types of abuse, parenting & family/blended family issues, grief & loss, sexual difficulties, and many others. I also work with first responders and their partners/families.

It takes a lot of courage to admit you're ready to ask for help & find a new counselor. I make it easy from the first contact; I am responsive and warm, and always love taking on a new client when I have room! I've worked with so many first-time clients who were nervous about counseling but tell me I made it easy. I look forward to working with you.
