Finding a counselor and starting counseling can feel daunting, but I make it easy. I'm warm & supportive, nonjudgmental, and REAL. I work hard to help you heal, get stronger, and find joy. If life feels overwhelming, you're struggling in relationships, or you need direction, I would love to work with you. I'll learn about you & your needs and tailor my approach to your preferences and personality. Ultimately, I support clients to overcome trauma & dysfunction to find healthier, more honest ways to relate to themselves, their partners, and their families.

I help people navigate challenges in relationships, life transitions, divorce recovery, self-worth issues, cancer, grief & loss, and many others.

It takes a lot of courage to admit you're ready to ask for help & find a new counselor. I make it easy from the first contact; I am responsive and warm, and always love taking on a new client when I have room!
