Reaching out for marriage, child, or family therapy is not easy, however, there is good news. Progress can be made, relationships can heal, and families can function well again. I am skilled at helping clients develop strategies to heal hurts, process conflict, set boundaries, and build closeness. I have extensive training in a variety of therapies including Gottman Method Couple Therapy (GMCT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other research-based tools. I focus on client needs and work to find solutions for their concerns.

My skills include guiding others to resolve issues in regards to trauma, mental wellness, communication, career, education, infidelity, personality differences, emotional distance, intimacy, conflict, stressful schedules, divorce, grief, step-families, and parenting challenges.
I have a background in education and years of experience in couple and family therapy. I strive, personally and professionally, to build strong families and relationships.
