My office space is a “judgement free zone” where my clients can feel comfortable and encouraged to thrive in any area. I am a firm believer that therapy allows us to gain an increased sense of self-worth, dignity, and self awareness and by utilizing a non-judgmental, supportive, and empathetic approach.
I am passionate about my clients’ success, and I strive to promote a positive therapeutic relationship in which each client knows that our time spent together is a place where personal growth is possible. I create treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. I enjoy learning about the personal histories of each client.
I am experienced in the areas of couples therapy, adult, parent-child and family dynamics. I have spent my career working with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
