Hello, Do you want to create the life you want to live? My goal is to help you achieve that! Every individual is going through a different situation or life transition and may need a specific style of counseling. In sessions, I will support, guide, and challenge when necessary. I will provide the skills and knowledge necessary for overcoming/managing mental health difficulties. I work with children (4-18 years old), young adults,& adults.
I have experience working with anxiety, stress, behavior/peer difficulties, depression, crisis management, family/relationship conflicts, life transitions, and health/nutrition. I also have experience working with self-esteem and body difficulties. I view my therapeutic approach as client centered.
I like to meet my client where they are therapeutically. I also use varying techniques in sessions while getting to know clients. I view my clients with an open mind and have a compassionate and warm approach. In every therapeutic relationship, it is important to establish rapport, a trusting environment, and follow ethical guidelines.
