As a seasoned psychotherapist who is utilizing EMDR and somatic-based treatment to address painful and difficult experiences, I want to you to know you are not alone and there is relief available. Please reach out to me and let's schedule a consultation so I can tell you a little bit about the way that I practice.

I work with people somewhat differently than the model of psychotherapy that is widely practiced. We will book 4 sessions and cover a lot of territory in that time. We may continue in increments of 4 weeks, but my hope is to build a collaborative treatment plan with you that routinely inquires how the work we've done has landed, and where to go from there.

I understand that you may be able to or, more likely, cannot afford to maintain an ongoing weekly therapy. I am committed to maintaining our attention on your needs and inviting you into an connection that is not dependent on your attending weekly.
