Seeking therapy can feel like a daunting and timely process. It is important to find someone who displays empathy and patience. I am dedicated to demonstrating a non-judgmental environment, where I encourage clients to share their personal story in a safe environment. I encourage healing and empowering clients to seek a life filled with joy and peace. It takes courage to tell your personal story and to learn new ways to cope with current and past life stressors. I encourage clients to explore new passions and ways of thinking and processing emotions to embrace a new sense of identity and to heal from trauma, anxiety and stress.

I work with a wide range of life experiences including : Postpartum, women's issues, relationship issues, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, mid-life transitions and depression. I work specifically with adults and older adults over the age of 18. I have worked in mental health and behavioral health with adults and children the past 11 years.

I use client centered, mindfulness, solution focused approaches. I encourage self-care, mindfulness meditation and journaling in my sessions. Currently I am meeting with clients online only on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
