I serve children (6+), teens, and adults (up to 40) for individual therapy. I also conduct couples therapy, family therapy and i offer parent sessions. I use a mixture of models to meet each client where they are currently at in their mental health journey.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Associate (LMFTA) who is gaining full licensure as a LMFT. I gained my bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and have my Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have been working in the field in Washington state for five years .
