Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. This is truly the first step in seeking help and making changes in your life. Life feels hard sometimes and it can feel lonely. We all need someone to talk to, to cry and laugh with us, and express our fears and hopes with. My hope is that our time together, in therapy, can be that space for you. Anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions and changes impact how we feel. I strive to help people develop healthier coping skills while decreasing their symptoms. I believe we all have the power to challenge our automatic negative thoughts, to reframe anxious thoughts, and to learn to face life with positive self regard, self compassion, and grace.
I believe in the power of hope. I believe in you and your ability to take charge and manage your own life. Everyone needs help at time. It's takes strength and courage to be here.
