If you’re an adult facing intrusive anxiety, unsatisfying relationships, significant life transitions or carrying the weight of grief, therapy might be the nudge you need to change your trajectory or to steady yourself. I specialize in fostering curiosity around a variety of concerns for both men and women, including chronic worry, substance use issues, and challenges related to role transitions, including the life stages of women as well as grief. My mission is to create a nurturing environment that allows you to explore your emotions, cultivate self-compassion and explore how to make meaning of the difficulties you're facing.
I believe in a client-centered, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will cultivate psychological flexibility to navigate life’s challenges. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion, mindfulness, and parts work.
