Welcome! I’m a provisionally licensed mental health professional, EMDR-trained, ego state and IFS-informed therapist passionate about supporting individuals on their journeys to healing and self-discovery. I also have training in dissociation and mindfulness and specialize in managing anxiety, mood disorders, intellectualization, trauma, and more. I work primarily with teens and young adults, including the LGBTQ+ community, providing affirming care and promoting self-compassion. I consider it an honor to be a part of other's healing journeys. I offer telehealth and outpatient services to meet clients’ needs and help them thrive.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help process trauma, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with your authentic self. I also incorporate cognitive and somatic techniques, providing strategies for emotional regulation, integration, executive functioning, and self-compassion.
In sessions, I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that blends evidence-based practices with a client-centered approach to foster healing and growth. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
