I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, incorporating mindfulness techniques to increase emotional awareness and reduce avoidance, utilizing modalities such as Brainspotting. Therapy may include skill-building to manage anxiety and depressive symptoms, exploring core beliefs and self-expectations, and strengthening self-compassion.
