The heart of my practice is developing a safe, warm, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer a strength-based approach while meeting the needs and preferences of each client. For 10+ years, I have supported teens and young adults with multiple clinical disorders including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, suicidality, self-harm, school avoidance, family/relationship conflict & more. I am a strong believer in the power of collaboration and connection and hope to offer you a space where we will work together using your strengths to achieve your social, emotional, behavioral and therapeutic goals.
Having had the opportunity to work with adolescents, young adults & families, the foundation of my work is based on a person-centered and relational approach. I strive to provide a space where you will feel safe, supported and heard. As a native Spanish speaker, I have also had the privilege of meeting with Spanish speaking clients.
