At some point in our lives, we all experience difficulties. I have experience with successfully treating anxiety, depression, worry, irritability and relationship issues. This does not have to define a person. Instead, we can focus on our strengths to change what we need to live happy, productive lives. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. My main modality is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and supportive counseling.
I feel an important part of therapy is empowering a person to gain self- awareness of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and then developing coping skills. I offer an empathetic, supportive, nonjudgmental style and environment where you can feel comfortable to share and explore your feelings.
