I draw from a variety of modalities to tailor our work to your unique needs, including person-centered therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, attachment theory, and parts work. I also integrate polyvagal-informed practices to support nervous system regulation.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, ADHD, autism, and struggles with self-worth. I also support clients exploring spirituality, managing stress, navigating attachment wounds, or untangling patterns of codependency.
