Through this approach individuals are able to shift out of old patterning, self-limiting beliefs, thoughts, and habits more easily.
It is through the combination of traditional "talk therapy" along with experiential and a holistic integrated approach that enable my clients to go more deeply into their own process. I use cutting edge modalities such as Brainspotting, Emotion/Body/Belief Code and Mind-Body Therapies, that support the body's innate wisdom to heal itself.
