Are you in a relationship that is lacking connection or trust? Are you struggling with sexual concerns in your relationship(s)? Are you an adult who is dealing with conflict in your own family of origin, even though you left home long ago? I can help. I work with intimate relationships and adult individuals in my practice. We focus on healing past hurts and moving forward to achieve a more fulfilling sense of self, connection, and communication.
I see clients with a wide variety of concerns relating to relationships, including communication, conflict, and intimacy and sex issues. I am a poly-friendly and kink-informed sex therapist and work with clients on areas like desire discrepancy, difficulties with arousal and orgasm, consensual nonmonogamy, identity exploration, & sexual communication.
I believe the best way to work with relationships is to help develop compassion and understanding, which can be difficult when so much shame, hurt, and anger may be involved. I have found that relationships can move from being built on resentment and frustration to ones of love and support.
