Welcome, Choosing to see a therapist isn’t easy, and finding the right one can be even more difficult. I am a client centered therapist that takes a nonjudgmental approach. Whether your reason for therapy is to gain support through a life transition, better manage your mental health or to seek more purpose in life, my desire is to help you work through that change process.
I believe in helping to educate clients using various treatment modalities and I am looking forward to assisting you to achieve your goals through the therapeutic process to make lasting change. I specialize in Women's Issues, Mood Disorders, Addiction, Family Dynamic Concerns, and Life transitions.
I utilize Person centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based skills in practice. I am currently accepting new clients in person in the Youngstown area and for virtual therapy across the state of Ohio.
