About
Have you been struggling with self-guilt, a harsh inner critic, feeling like you can never be enough? These are signs that our self-compassion has been weakened through either struggles we faced in the past, trauma, or habits we formed over time. I have a deep understanding of how to activate self-compassion and develop a more loving relationship with our everyday life. I use the tools of meditation, mindfulness, art practice, transpersonal therapy, and connection forming self-work to guide this process. My approach is grounded in connection forming through heightening our awareness of how we give and receive in our life.
I specialize in expressive art therapy, mindfulness, and traditional talk therapy. I work to match approaches to each client’s preferences. The clients I frequently work with are children (4-18) with anxiety or depression and adults looking to create a more compassionate way of being in their life and healing their inner child.
My priority is to create a safe environment that offers a natural experience for therapy. It is YOUR space to explore and nourish yourself, I’m just there to support that space the best I can. Please feel welcomed to reach out and ask more questions about what I do, it is important to find someone a good match for you and your family.
