I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a PhD in psychology. I have over 18 years experience working with children, adults, and families. For some people it may be difficult to talk with a counselor; whether it is their first time or they have past experience with it. My style is very relaxed and client-friendly. By listening to my clients' needs, I work with them so they feel empowered to change their lives. With encouragement and knowledge about mental well-being people can grow. Everyone is an unique individual, but we can all use a little support.

I specialize in helping people understand the aspects of their lives that play a role in shaping their sense of self, and incorporate this into their treatment. I work with children, teens and adults. I am experienced working with people who suffer from depression, bipolar, anxiety, adjustment, and other disorders.

My office offers a private, confidential, and professional atmosphere for people to feel safe and comfortable exploring the emotional, social, and psychological variables in their life. It is a non-judgmental space to feel listened to.
