Jennifer M Kapolchok
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LICSW
As people, we go through so many experiences that influence and shape our lives in impactful ways. At times, we feel changed by things and develop patterns of thinking or behavior to cope and move forward. The inherent value in opening our minds to our inner emotional and psychological states is at the heart of therapy. It is the experience of being able to occupy a safe space and connect with a clinician to talk about and process important information that we hold and carry with us everyday. In so doing, the therapeutic process allows for personal understanding and the development of new ideas and ways to build a fulfilling life.
I have been providing clinical therapy services to clients for over ten years. I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families in a variety of professional settings. I have experience providing individual and group therapy, often focused on areas of depression, anxiety, and other mood-related issues.
I use a strength-based approach that is client-centered and seeks to build future success through learning what has worked well and/or posed challenges in past experience. Together we will focus on what matters to you now to inform the best course of treatment to establish and achieve your important individual and life goals.
