Life has many challenges, and we live in a world that tends to make us feel abnormal if we aren't happy all of the time. Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to heal and accept ourselves. I am an experienced psychodynamic therapist who believes in using talk therapy, mindfulness, humor and skilled interventions within therapy sessions. I have overcome challenging life experiences, including childhood cancer and addiction issues, that have deepened my ability to more fully relate to my clients.
