Our mental health is both directly and indirectly influenced by our life experiences, how we are shown love and respect, and large-scale social/societal issues. I work individuals who feel stuck in patterns —intense emotions, stuck in shame spirals, relationship dynamics that keep repeating, burnout, or the sense that something from the past is still running in the background. My work is relational, neuroscience-informed, and pattern-focused.
EMDR is a core part of my work. Instead of just talking through experiences, we help your brain and body reprocess them—so they stop showing up with the same intensity, urgency, or pull. This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about changing how your brain and your body hold what happened.
I’m also neurodivergent, which means I tend to notice patterns, inconsistencies, and underlying dynamics quickly. I don’t rely on scripts or surface-level coping strategies. I work with how your brain already processes information—so we’re not forcing change, we’re making it make sense.
