Hi, I am Jennifer, and I look forward to speaking with you. I offer a safe place for you to talk and share your feelings. Through listening, guiding, and offering tools to help you empower yourself, you will learn to solve your issues and/or manage your mental health to live a more fulfilling, peace-filled, happy, and authentic life. As your therapist, I will work with you to help you meet your therapeutic goals and make healthier choices. We will process your life events, trauma, or grief and loss to help you find acceptance, learn to let go, and not hold on to guilt or shame while learning what it means to be resilient.
I utilize various therapies, techniques, and interventions in working with my clients and choose what connects for them. Each person is unique and what works for one may not be what works for another. Many of my clients, who are diagnosed with anxiety, depression, mood disorders or with other issues have improved their mental health and well being.
I am a good listener, easy to talk to, and pride myself on the fact that I can build a rapport with a client and help you feel comfortable, safe, and heard when you come to see me.
