I am passionate about helping people from all backgrounds, who are struggling with their mental health. This includes depression, anxiety and dealing with past trauma. I enjoy working with older people who are finding that they are at a place to reinvent themselves. There are many ways to reach success, many ways to ease the distress of anxiety and depression. Mindfulness is just one of the tools that I believe is helpful to finding relief from the distress of many mental health struggles.
I work from a trauma informed space, helping people find the skills to help themselves.
Working with CBT and EMDR to work through past traumas when needed.
