I received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictions Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I have been practicing for 4 years. I am licensed in Kentucky to provide mental health and substance abuse services as an LPCA and a TCADC. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them establish and maintain emotional stability. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist but I am not limited to this model. I will work with you to help discover what works best for your situation. I also use person-centered, DBT, elements of Play Therapy and Art Therapy, among others. I look forward to supporting you in your next step to seek therapy.
