It is my belief that we come into this world beautiful, whole and have gifts to bring to our lives, with a personhood uniquely our own. Along the way we may be knocked off center, becoming clouded in our way of being. We may lose sight of who we are, what we are capable of and how to navigate the waters of our lives. My intention is to support you in your process of finding your inner resources, your clarity in your present path, and strengthening who you are in your current life situations. I bring a warm, direct, and intuitive approach to the process of moving through changes, challenges or transformations.
I offer special focus in working with codependency, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety. I work as a compassionate ally in the process of growth, challenges and transitions of all kinds, including work/life stressors, transitions, relationship, grief, spirituality, chronic illness, Highly Sensitive Person experiences, and ADHD.
In addition to my psychotherapy work, I love exploring the Enneagram and like to bring pieces of this to our work. I am a certified yoga instructor and facilitator of mindful dance/movement experiences. I love to hike, take photos in nature, and connect with my dear friends.
