I work with children and their caregivers to help children who struggle with anxiety, transitions, and struggles in different situations. I enjoy helping parents use strategies to best help their children.
I specialize in providing Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Project ImPACT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I provide telehealth therapy because it allows individuals to achieve their therapy goals while in the comfort and convenience of their own home.
