Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Educator. I work primarily with women and mothers who have spent much of their lives being strong for everyone else while carrying trauma, grief, family conflict, or painful relationship experiences. I support clients who may appear to be functioning well on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, guilt, self-doubt, overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
