I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and peace. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions by using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and faith-based approaches when desired. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to build healthier patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and move forward with confidence.
