She has extensive education, training, and experience in the field of mental health and wellness, and has been working with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns for over 10 years. Jen enjoys treating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, family issues, career challenges, cultural concerns and spiritual problems. She is flexible, person-centered and strengths based, allowing her to address your unique needs.
Jennifer utilizes a variety of orientations and therapies that are strength based and affirming in nature, to include Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy. Jennifer also has training in Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, The Gottman Institute for couples, and Trauma-Informed Care.
