I'm trained in Level 3 IFS and Brainspotting Phase 1. My approach helps people see possibilities beyond the painful or difficult aspects of ourselves, others, and our world. I help you connect to your innate wisdom and core self, so that profound and long-lasting healing occurs. Life becomes more about choices and values, instead of automatic reactions.
I know how it feels to try an endless stream of strategies to feel better. You don’t have to stay stuck. I welcome all identities and aspects of yourself into the therapy relationship.
