Grieving life changes, processing a past traumatizing event, or discovering personal growth are areas that I have helped clients most. If you are in or feel stuck in a situation/memory allow me to walk alongside you as you walk through the stressors of life, or previous events that have left a negative impact on your self-esteem/worth and/or state of your mental health.
I offer traditional talk therapy, where we take a to look at the situation in a different light, gain insight and grow from your current or past experience in order to find relief in your current day-to-day living from symptoms of depression/anxiety/grief/trauma. I also offer EMDR therapy, a technique specialized for trauma. I also offer LPCA supervision.
