Hello! Creating a warm, friendly, and supportive environment is important to establishing a trusting relationship where my clients feel comfortable discussing their issues. I work with clients ages 15 on up who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes and who desire to improve mood, gain insight, and learn healthy coping skills. I have experience working with people on the autism spectrum as well as people diagnosed with ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help people identify triggers, improve self talk, learn mindfulness skills, and learn healthy coping skills to manage struggles. "You don't have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you." -Dan Millman
