My private practice (The Center for EMDR and Embodied Healing), has been curated to serve the individual, holistic needs of my clients. My approach is all about creating a safe space to begin healing your nervous system. Your story matters, your pain is acknowledged, and your healing is our goal. I am EMDR trained and pull from modalities such as EFT, Polyvagal theory, DBT, CBT, and somatic based practices to embrace the total embodiments of healing.
I'm here to understand and guide you through the process of reclaiming your life, however that may look for you. You can expect sessions to be personalized, warm and met with genuine empathy from someone walking with you through your journey. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
