The creative process combined with compassionate guidance has the ability to transform and heal mental health challenges. We will integrate traditional talk therapy with creative arts therapy. Therapy is a personal journey nurtured in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. The therapeutic space offers insight to your inner world revealing emotions, memories and experiences. With this increased insight personal growth and transformation can occur, offering relief from overwhelming emotions, crisis or trauma. We will organically explore your personal needs and in support of a healthier relationship to self and others.
My clinical roots began nearly 20 years ago as a crisis counselor at a women's center. My experience includes work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma and loss. I work with a diverse group of clients; interweaving a psychodynamic approach with several theoretical methods.

A Healing group for Survivors of Sexual Trauma
In this group, we will integrate art-making, movement, music, poetry, and mindfulness techniques with talk therapy. The group provides a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing space to deepen your healing process, while also experiencing the connection and support of other survivors. With compassionate guidance, the survivor group will encourage self-care while offering creative tools to transform and heal trauma. With the creative process at the core of the experience, this group promotes authentic self-expression.
