I do this by helping you regulate your nervous system to restore safety within your body. Then, together we identify outdated stories and rebuild your relationship with yourself and the present moment. It is possible to trust in your ability to make confident choices and loosen the stuckness that keeps you trapped in frustrating and unhelpful patterns.
My passion is restoring the balance between authenticity and connection. I work from a feminist, somatic, psychodynamic lens with training in yoga, mindfulness, and dance/movement therapy to support you in piercing through conditioning, opening possibilities, and connecting with the courage to create and accept change, both internally and collectively.
