Additional attention is placed on assimilation of healthy coping strategies and altering of maladaptive thoughts.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and women. I understand that the phases of development and life transitions can be stressful and isolating. I believe that there is no life or parenting handbook that is a fit for all. I am here to aid my clients in finding their comfortable balance.
