I can help you do the deeper work needed to move towards a more authentic and fulfilling experience while also assisting you in accepting and even embracing wherever you are in your journey right now. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to psychotherapy and I utilize different approaches depending on your needs. My goal is to create a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard and understood.
I’m an EMDR trauma therapy trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Brooklyn who has been working as a psychotherapist since 2012. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 10 years in the film and television industry which I believe gives me a unique perspective working with creatively minded individuals.
My eclectic approach reflects my belief that we are all creative at our core and that within each of us, there is a whole, all knowing center that gets muted by life experiences.
