I value creating a warm and empathic therapeutic relationship where you have space to be yourself and explore your inner world, moving toward greater wellbeing and emotional security. I work with people experiencing self-esteem, career, relationship and racial/multi-racial identity issues. I also offer psychoeducation about early childhood development, and coping with narcissistic relationships. I blend IFS/parts work, Brainspotting, and the Enneagram personality system.
Through IFS, you can get to know and have compassion for the various parts of your personality, while rewiring your brain and processing trauma through Brainspotting. Knowing your Enneagram type allows you to understand yourself deeply, revealing unconscious motivations and behavior patterns while having a clear path of growth unique to your type.
