Welcome! I am a master-level Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over 34 years of experience. I have worked with individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and women's issues, amongst others. My goal is to create a safe environment so that your healing can progress. My approach is compassion-focused and uses aspects from various therapy styles such as ACT, CBT, MBCT, and Humanistic so you can have a well-rounded path of recovery.
